Educational Achievement Ministry will give book awards for the school year 2025 -2026.

Dear Student,

The Mount Zion African Methodist Episcopal (A.M.E.)  Church Educational Achievement Ministry will give book awards for the school year 2025 -2026.

The recipient must be a graduating senior residing in the Greater Norristown Area who will be continuing his/her education at an accredited college, university, trade or technical school.

The book award will be given to students who have shown exemplary character in church, school and the community. 

We strongly urge you to apply. You should submit all of the following in order for your application to be considered complete: 

§    Book award application form

§    Acceptance letter to a college/university

§    Three (3) letters of reference

§    Transcript

§    Personal Statement/Essay 

The completed application must be postmarked by Saturday, June 13, 2026.  Final decisions are scheduled for early July and only recipients will receive notification of awards.
